At Miro Gun Works, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns in accordance with the following guidelines:

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Return

1. Contact our Customer Service team at support@mirogunworks.com to initiate your return.
2. Once approved, you'll receive instructions on how to ship your item(s) back to us.

Return Shipping

• Buyer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• For your convenience, we can provide a pre-paid return label, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 days of receiving your return.
• The original shipping cost (if applicable) is non-refundable.

Exchanges

Want to exchange an item? Follow the return process to send back your item and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
